1. Information that you permit us on In-App Disclosure to store and process:
If allowed, we access your photos, media and files to facilitate you to download photos to your gallery. If allowed, we access your storage file system, read and modify the contents of your storage
If allowed, we access to your Contacts. Moreover, we also enable you to find or invite your Mobile Contacts’ friends into our application.
When you log in from Facebook, we take your username, location, your age range, and Gender Info to provide you the best contents that you like most
If allowed, we can track your location through GPS based on your SIM card, IP address or mobile device location settings to provide you localized advertisements and personalized Contents.
If allowed, we access your Phone to read phone status, identity and Unique device ID of your device.
2. Information that you provide to us during usage of our service:
When you connect to our application, we take some non-personal data about yourself like the Android model, version, and browser, resolution of your mobile phone, IMEI, Language, network, unique mobile identifier, Mobile carriers, Cookies and other such information
We store the data that you fill in your profile which include your Name, Email address, Phone number, Date of Birth, Education and other similar information
We collect your behavioral data like contents you like/comment/share and social media login details (Upon logged in) to provide you personalized service
We also keep a record of your usage history like Clicks on different Events, Exit pages/Screens on our services etc. to improve your experiences better with us.
Cookies: We use Cookies and data from log files to store information and data so that your experience will be quicker. It reduces your labor to re-enter the same information when you visit us next time and update a new version of our application. We do not disclose your Personal Information. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users
Non-Personal Information: We may disclose Non-Personal Information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws. We do not combine Non- Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).
5. Content Posting Policy:
Authors & Users You shall not post/upload/transmit/share any contents that:
Violates the Agreement, Community Guidelines and other terms and policies that Apply to your use of the Platform.
Is unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise grossly harmful
Harm minors in any way.
Infringes or violates someone else’s right, including but not limited to patent, Trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights
6. Rights on Contents: Authors
Any user content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Users shall be solely responsible for their own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing their content on the Services.
We do not endorse any content submitted to the Services by any user or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, any use or reliance on any content obtained through the Service is at your own risk.
Any views and opinions expressed by users on the Platform do not necessarily reflect the policy or position of the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates The Agreement, Community Guidelines, Google Policy of Restricted Contents and other policies that apply to your use of the Service
When you post your content through the Service, you agree and represent that you own that content or you have received permission from the owner of any part of the content submitted to the Services.
7. Our Application Contents:
Status World is a Technology Provider which enable users and Authors to share their views and Interests. We provide We Media technology platform to Authors for publishing of contents. All Contents are reviewed before they are online to ensure that it does not violate any Policies for Restricted Contents.
8. Copyrights Statement:
Websites/Platform which given authorization shall recommend to the users
Status World platform which generates the contents ( pictures, videos, images, Gifs) from the general public who agreed our policy, had uploaded the contents (pictures, videos, images) as per the Copyright Act, 1957, by their free will and interest, the Status World App is not responsible in any form/condition violating the Copyright Act, 1957.
Status World Platform accepting any individual to join the platform to become our Content Sharing Partnership followed by the content contribution policy, that if, any contributor has violated the copyright of any other will be removed and will be terminated the Partnership. If you found anyone violating anyone’s rights in terms of the contents (pictures, videos, images, Gifs) please contact us to resolve the issue.
9 Report Contents:
If you find any Improper/Restricted Contents on our App. Please, remember that Status World didn’t endorse any contents. However, one can report any contents in the application with a reason of reporting like Content Infringement, Objectionable Content etc. We will review that content immediately and if it violates any policy, we will immediately remove that content and may block that user/Partner.
10 Navigation to Third Party Sites:
Our Service includes links to other apps or Websites whose privacy practices may differ from us. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit. Any contents found on third party sites don’t belong to us and they are controlled by the owner of the respective sites.
11. COMMON POINTS TO BE AWARE OF IN TRANSACTION RULES
We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information regarding your Paytm account and PAN Card. Authenticity is your own responsibility
Registering bulk virtual phone numbers (E.g. from “TextNow” application) to get OTP to register and fill in the invitation code to earn money illegally is subject to legal actions as per rules of Govt. of india.
We don’t pay to Non-Indian registered numbers
If you use the same phone or emulator to fill in a number of Invitations and If you are logging in multiple accounts repeatedly with the same cell phone or by using app-duplication software, These actions are subjected to illegal activities and we may take legal actions against the user if applicable.
When user withdraws money from Status World, TDS will be deducted as per the government rules.
We don't accept any money from any of our users. All rewards earned are based on the performance of the user.
12. Children Under the age of 18 years:
The Status World Products and Services are not intended for the children below the age of 18 years and Status World products are strictly prohibited for children less than 13 years old.
13. Users Commenting on In-App Contents:
In order to improve the user experience of the Status World application, users may leave comments on particular images and Articles but Status World does not endorse these comments because they are the opinions of users who are not directly associated with Status World and its affiliated elements. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Parties may view and collect any such information. As such, you should be cautioned when deciding to disclose Personal Information.
14. Advertisements Network and Third Party Services
Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as age or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use to particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include gaming offers, personal loan offers, shopping offers, fantasy league offers, finance or insurance related offers,e-health medicine purchase platform offers, etc. Status World is an intermediary and is not affiliated with any ad agency or company that promote their products on our app. In case a company does not receive the necessary requirements pertaining to the offer, the company may not provide the incentive associated with the offer, resulting in the user not receiving any coins. Status World is not responsible for non-issuance in such scenarios.
We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government Institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of Govt of India.
We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
When you share our application/contents or link your user profile to some third parties like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. they might receive your personal and non-personal information like Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Age etc. We are not responsible for that kind of sharing of data as we don’t/can’t control it. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you accept this fact.
15. International Users:
Your personal and non-personal information may be stored and processed in any countries where we provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and using our Application you consent to transfer your personal and non-personal information to us despite the fact that different countries have different data protection rule. If you object to your Personal/non-personal Information being processes as described in this Policy, Please do not use this Application. HOW TO USE OUR SERVICES
We have developed a unique platform. Our Services are available exclusively in regional languages. We strive to give you personalized content and show you content that you will enjoy. We also allow you to download content that is available on our Platform and share your Status World experience across social media platforms. To use our Services, you must register on our Platform by entering your phone number and the One-Time-Password sent by us via SMS to your phone number. When you register with us using the Status World mobile application, you also allow us to read your mobile device phone book, your SMS inbox, access your mobile gallery, mobile device storage, and mobile device camera. However, we do not read any information stored on your mobile device and computer without your permission. In order to provide Services to you, we need to access your certain features of your mobile device.
